Weekly Mindfulness Meditation
Join us Tuesday evenings for Insight (Vipassana) Meditation and a Dharma
talk, 7:00-8:45, and Saturday mornings for Group Insight (Vipassana) Meditation, 9-10:00. See the Calendar for In-person/Online Schedule details.  Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
