Two-Day Online Insight Meditation Retreat
October 14, 2022 - October 15, 2022

Theme: Gratitude, Peace, and Joy
Jasudho (Eric Berger) will lead this retreat that runs from Friday, October 14 to Saturday, October 15.
During this retreat, we’ll explore, practice, and experience the above aspects of practice which the Buddha taught are important and necessary for deepening our Dharma practice.
Why did the Buddha emphasize the cultivation of these factors? What role do they play? How can we develop them? How do they relate to the practices of loving-kindness (mett?) and compassion?
We’ll explore and enjoy them together.
Attend this online retreat full-time or part-time.
