Online Meditation Instruction
Physical distancing has prompted Satipañña Insight Meditation Toronto to offer online meditation guidance, Dharma talks, Entering the Way talks, group meditation, and multi-day retreats. This method of reaching our wider community is something we plan to continue long after the Coronavirus crisis has passed.
Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30 Toronto time, we are offering online guided meditation and Dharma talks. Join us on Zoom or visit the Weekly Mindfulness Meditation page for more detail. If prompted, use passcode: dharma
Friday mornings, 7-8, an opportunity for group meditation.
Saturday mornings, 9-10:15 Toronto time, we are offering online guided meditation and a Q&A or talk. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to submit a question about practice. Some Saturdays will be led by a guest teacher or followed by a talk.
